- What materials do you use for custom badges, and which is most durable?
- We mainly use zinc alloy, brass, iron and stainless steel. Brass is high-end and durable; zinc alloy is cost-effective for most designs; iron suits low-budget orders; stainless steel is rust-proof for long-term wear.
- What is your MOQ for custom enamel badges, can you accept small orders?
- Standard MOQ is 100 pieces. We accept small orders from 50-99 pieces with a small extra charge. For trial orders under 50 pieces, contact us for a special quote.
- Can I get a sample before mass production, and is sample fee refundable?
- Yes, sample fees vary depending on the product. Sample fees are fully refundable for orders of 5000 units or more. Samples are completed in 3-5 business days.
- What badge crafts do you offer, and what the difference?
- We provide hard enamel, soft enamel, printing, engraving and 3D embossed. Hard enamel is smooth and high-grade; soft enamel is textured and cost-effective; printing fits complex colorful logos.
- How long is the production time for custom badges?
- Sample: 3-5 days. Bulk production: 7-15 days. Total lead time normally 10-20 days, depending on quantity, design and craft complexity.
- Will the badge color fade or plating peel off easily?
- Our badges use high-temperature baking and thick electroplating. Colors and plating are firm for daily use.
- What attachments do you offer for badges?
- We provide butterfly clutch, rubber clutch, safety pin, magnetic back, brooch pin and screw-back. You can choose based on your usage and budget.
- How do you pack badges to avoid scratch during shipping?
- Each badge is packed in a PE bag, then placed in foam tray, finally in strong 5-layer carton. We also offer OPP card, gift box and velvet bag for upgrade.
