- What materials do you use for custom challenge coins?
- We use zinc alloy, brass, copper, silver-plated, gold-plated and stainless steel. Brass and copper are high-end; alloy is cost-effective for bulk orders.
- What is your MOQ for custom challenge coins?
- Standard MOQ is 100 pcs. We accept 50 - 99 pcs small orders with a small extra fee. For trial orders under 50 pcs, contact us for a special quote.
- Can I get a sample before mass production? Is sample fee refundable?
- Yes, sample fees depend on product pricing.It is fully refundable when your bulk order reaches 5000 pcs or more. Samples take 3 - 5 working days.
- How long is the production time for custom challenge coins?
- Sample: 3-5 days. Bulk production: 7-15 days. Total lead time is normally 10-20 days, based on quantity and design complexity.
