- What materials do you supply for custom keychains, and what are their features?
- We provide zinc alloy metal, soft PVC, transparent acrylic. Metal is textured; PVC flexible & cheap; acrylic high clear with vivid printing for souvenir gifts.
- What's your MOQ for customized keychains, can you accept small trial orders?
- Standard MOQ is 100pcs. 50-99pcs small orders are acceptable with a small extra cost. Orders below 50pcs please contact us for separate quotation.
- Can I get pre-production samples, and will sample fees be deducted from bulk orders?
- Samples are available for confirmation. Sample fees vary depending on size and manufacturing process, and will be fully refunded when the bulk order reaches 5000 pieces or more.
- What crafts can be used to print logos and patterns on keychains?
- Metal uses enamel & engraving; PVC uses 2D/3D emboss; acrylic adopts UV printing. Epoxy coating is optional to protect surface from scratches.
- How long is the whole lead time from design confirmation to delivery?
- Sample making takes 3-5 days, mass production 5-12 days. Total lead time 10-20 days, subject to order quantity, material and pattern complexity.
- What hardware accessories can I match for my custom keychains?
- We have split rings, lobster clasps, dog hooks, chain and snap buckles. Different hardware sizes are optional to match your product style and usage scenarios.
- How do you pack keychains to avoid scratches and deformation during shipment?
- Each keychain with independent OPP bag, separated by cardboard, placed into foam tray, finally packed with 5-layer shockproof cartons. Custom logo gift boxes are available extra.
- Can I change the design or logo of keychains during mass production?
- Design or logo modifications are only possible before the mold is finalized. If modifications require a new mold, you will be responsible for the mold costs.
- Do you provide one-stop OEM & ODM service for custom keychains?
- Yes, full OEM & ODM supported. Custom shape, size, color, logo, craft and packaging. Our team supplies free design optimization for your project.
