- What material are your tin badges made of, will they rust easily?
- Our badges use high-quality food-grade tinplate with anti-rust coating. They resist daily moisture. Avoid long-term damp storage to extend service life.
- What's the MOQ for custom tin badges, can you make small trial orders?
- Standard MOQ is 100 pieces. We accept 50-99 small orders with extra mold cost. Orders below 50 pcs please contact us for a separate quotation.
- Can I get samples before mass production, is sample charge refundable?
- Prototyping is available, with fees based on dimensions and manufacturing specifications; the sample fee is fully refunded upon a bulk order of 5,000 units or more. The turnaround time for samples is 3-5 working days.
- How long is the total lead time from design confirmation to finished shipment?
- Sample production takes 3-5 days, mass production 5-12 days. Total lead time 12-20 days, adjusted by quantity and pattern complexity.
- What back fasteners can be matched for custom tin badges?
